Forage Crops
It has become standard practice to use increasing amounts of fertiliser and nitrogen to grow a good Brassica or winter feed crop.
The down sides of this are soil damage and increasing costs.
We have proven that by nurturing the plants natural strengths at the right stages of growth we can
grow award winning Brassica crops with less than 20 units of Nitrogen per hectare and about half the
standard fertilser rates currently used in NZ.
Other than the obvious environmental advantage our system has over the use of large amounts of nitrogen, our products actually invest in the structural and biological components of the soil.
This means that the next crop performs better by comparison. There are less costs and better short and long term returns.
